Insights is the consultative application of analytic intelligence. We draw on Exponential’s rich behavioral and demographic user data to help media agencies and advertisers understand campaign performance, identify key consumer segments, and develop an informed marketing strategy.
As Director, I set the benchmark for excellence in custom analysis of audiences and advertising campaigns. I am judged not only by the quality of my recommendations, but also how effectively I convey difficult concepts and complex discoveries. My work is used to deepen relationships with existing customers, as an incentive for media business, and increasingly as an independent consultancy.
At the same time, I manage a team of Insights consultants staffed around the world. This challenge is one of coordination and mentorship. Members of my team have specific areas of expertise, and the needs of the stakeholders I answer to vary across both geography and time. I distribute our work efficiently, facilitate information sharing, and develop the capabilities of those reporting to me.
I have a solid background in business and marketing, coupled with deep expertise of digital media. I have been trained to apply statistics and econometrics to the social sciences, including estimation, regression, and sampling. I have experience managing teams, navigating a matrix organization, and working internationally. Communication skills, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn have been essential to my success.
